Purpose and limits
Our website provides general patient education and practical information about hospital access, services and appointments. It does not diagnose a condition, prescribe treatment or replace an individual consultation, examination or emergency assessment.
Symptoms, scan findings and treatment needs vary between people. Information about tests, surgery or recovery is general context; a clinician who assesses you should explain which options apply to your case.
Publisher and authorship
Ram Janki Neuro Care - Dr. Shri Ram Gupta is the publisher of the site. Hospital contact and appointment information should match the details provided by the hospital.
A named doctor should be credited as an author or clinical reviewer only when that contribution is confirmed. A doctor profile, qualification or photograph does not mean that every website page was written or reviewed by that doctor. A page-update date is not a clinical-review certificate.
Sources and plain language
Medical explanations should use reliable clinical guidance or recognised public-health and patient-information sources, with references near the relevant answers where available. Our FAQ guides link to patient information from the NHS and specialist hospital sources.
Sources help readers check a statement; they do not establish the diagnosis or treatment needed for an individual person. Terminology should be explained in everyday language. Symptoms should be distinguished from diagnoses, and treatment benefits should be discussed alongside limits and risks.
Public sources used in our patient guides include NHS information about slipped discs and Cambridge University Hospitals’ craniotomy information.
Updates and dates
Content should be updated when important information changes, including hospital contact details, location, consultation hours, services or patient-safety guidance. Confirm current appointment and facility arrangements with reception before relying on a service description.
A displayed update date records a meaningful change to that page or to the site information specified by its label. It does not prove that all external sources or services were rechecked on that date. Dates should not be advanced simply to make a page look newer.
Editorial tools

Identifiable patient information should not be published without appropriate permission. Public review profiles are not medical records. For personal treatment concerns or record requests, contact the hospital directly rather than sharing private details in a public correction report.

Scheduled doctor OPD and hospital opening hours are separate. Dr. Shri Ram Gupta’s OPD is Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM; Sunday closed. Hospital emergency, admission, ICU and IPD services operate 24×7; current facilities and arrangements should be confirmed with reception.
In a possible emergency, seek immediate medical assessment through the hospital or local emergency services. Do not wait for an online appointment form or WhatsApp reply.
